Some Ultra hosts or Ultras in human form do not use transformation items and instead transform by pure will. This ability also extends to Ultras Hosts with transformation items as they have been shown to activate them by force of will. The advantage of this ability is that the Ultra can transform their host when they do not have the ability to do so themselves, such as the case of falling unconscious.
