The heroes of Tsuburaya Productions Ultra series are coming to save Tokyo, or at least to give families something to do together with the 2015 Ultraman Festival. The 2015 Ultraman Festival marks the 25th anniversary of the annual Ultraman-themed event.
Attractions include a gigantic diorama which features lighting and sound special effects, two different stage shows featuring the Ultra Heroes (one running from July 24 until August 10, the other running from August 11 until August 30). various carnival games and craft activities, and the opportunity to take photos with a 6.6 meter (21.7 foot) tall model of Ancient Monster Gomora.
The 2015 Ultraman Festival runs from July 24 to August 30, 2015 at the Ikebukuro Sunshine City commercial complex in Tokyo, Japan. General admission tickets range in price from 1300 yen ($10.47 US) for children to 1900 yen ($15.30 US) for adults, although discounted tickets (which cost 200 yen less) are available until July 23.
