History
At the dawn of the twentieth century, TPC was created by its first leader Sawai to ensure peace on Earth. Among its umbrella organizations was GUTS (Global Unlimited Task Squad), an elite paranormal investigative and rescue unit. When giant monsters and invading aliens started to appear, TPC responded by converting GUTS into a military unit to combat this new threat to mankind. They also began investigating the ancient organization after Ultraman Tiga first appeared. In the year 2010, two years after Tiga’s final battle, Saeki revisited the Lulu Islands and engineered Plan F: to use the Ultramen as weapons. However, the plan failed and he died along with his followers save Iruma when the Dark Giants were released thanks to him. Eventually, a restored Tiga managed to defeat all the Dark Giants.

- Captain Shin Hayate : A poker-faced Captain of moon base Garowa. Flees to Earth when Garowa is annihilated by monster Menjula. An old friend and senior of Captain Iruma, who sees him as a great senior figure.
- Vice Captain Kishinaga ： The vice captain at Garowa, who also escaped to Earth with Hayate
- Okabe : An officer of Garowa, who was among those killed in Menjula's attack.

Instructors:
- Masami Mishima : The current instructor in the series, who was a close friend of Kazama Asuka, Shin Asuka's father.
- Ryo Yumimura : Aged 27 years old.
- Toshiyuki Kohda : Aged 34 years old. He usually takes the front step in various operations and eventually promoted to the rank Sub-Captain in episode 34.
- Mai Midorikawa : Aged 18 years old and originated from Aichi Prefecture. A cute, bubbly, loud cadet-type with little combat experience
- Shin Asuka / Ultraman Dyna : Is the main protagonist of Ultraman Dyna and is Ultraman Dyna's human host. Aged 22 years old in the series, he is light-hearted overall, and is one of the rare Ultra human hosts who also serves as the comic relief of the main cast.
- Kenji Fudo : The brother of Takeru Fudo, Asuka's rival who died in an engine trouble incident when he was a test pilot for the prototype of GUTS Eagle Alpha Superior. Kenji had a great hatred towards Asuka just like his late brother.

- Staff Officer Kihachi Gondo : Affiliated with the Military Police branch, his ideals for peace always lies on the military strength, such as founding the stealth team Black Buster Squad under said branch. In Tiga and Dyna,
- Reika Saeki : The female captain of Black Buster. She was the sister of Saeki, whom engineered plan F in the first place. After Zelganoid's attack and Asuka's disappearances, she guided Ryo to Daigo's place and gives the Super GUTS member her GUTS Shadow.

Neo Super GUTS

- Tsubasa Madoka : Is a rookie and son of Daigo Madoka & Rena Yanase, former host of Ultraman Tiga, Tsubasa was brought to the Tiga Village 5000 years into the past. Here, he found the Spark Lens from Mahoroba, a monster huntress and used it to become Ultraman Tiga, though the process does considered incomplete.

- Daigo Madoka / Ultraman Tiga : He was recruited for GUTS member by Mr.Sawai, Supreme general of TPC, when Daigo was working with TPC transportation division. He is the main character of the series; able to transform into the titular Ultraman Tiga.
- Rena Yanase : She is one of the best pilots in TPC and can control any fighter masterfully. Also, she is an only pilot originally able to drive Snow White, a fighter which uses the power of Maxima Over Drive.

TPC
- Executive Transport Aircraft TPC1 : A business jet-like VTOL used by TPC board members and leaders.
- Jupiter 3 : An exploration shuttle that was used to explore Jupiter, unfortunately the shuttle and its crew were assimilated into a monster called Ligatron.
- Composite Monster Ligatron : Originally a space organism, it assimilated with the Jupiter 3 spacecraft and its pilots, resulting the birth of this monster.
- Orbiter : A connecting shuttle from Earth to Space Station Delta.
- Medium tank : TPC's personal combat tanks, while capable of countering Golza (Empowered), their small armament made them vulnerable in against Jobarieh. This tank is still in use as of Ultraman Dyna, having participated in an attack against Giakuda, Geomos, Golza II and Deathfacer.
- GUTS Wing Blue Tornado (GW-BT) : A custom built GUTS Wing 1 designed by the American branch of the TPC.
- GUTS Wing Crimson Dragon (GW-CD) : A custom built GUTS Wing 1 designed by the European branch of the TPC. Its combat efficiency exceeds GW-01
- Magnus 1 : A pair of tanks that appeared in episode 36, they were armed with the anti magnetic force and anti magnetic wave respectively to counter the time-travelling monster Goldras.
- Romulus : A spacecraft made for the use of TPC Space Development Center. This jet was boarded by Shinjoh's colleagues and was attack by an intruding Illudo in episode 41.
- Garowa Flying Boat : VTOL spacecrafts deployed by the TPC Lunar Base Garowa, which is armed with four missile pods and is capable of travelling in both atmospheric and zero-gravity environments.
- Ryugu : Appeared in episode 50. A submarine used by the TPC to inspect the remains of ancient civilizations New Zealand but was destroyed by a Zoiger.
- GUTS Wing 01 (GW-01) : An advanced fighter with variable-sweep wings. It would be later used by the SuperGUTS as a trainer as well as fighters for other organizations.
- GUTS Wing 02 (GW-02) : It can carry up to four team members. It can open its Hyper Electromagnetic Launcher by sliding its fuselage to the side.
- GUTS Wing EX-J (GW-EXJ) : A heavily modified version of the GUTS Wing 02. It can split into EX-J α and EX-J β.
- Snow White : A custom made GUTS Wing 01 designed for hypersonic flight.
- GUTS Wing Blue Tornado (GW-BT) : A custom built GUTS Wing 01 designed by the American branch of the TPC. Although its speed availability exceeds GW-01 its weapons are less effective.
- GUTS Wing Crimson Dragon (GW-CD) : A custom built GUTS Wing 01 designed by the European branch of the TPC. Its combat efficiency exceeds GW-01 and is still used during the SuperGUTS age.
- Artdessei : It is large enough to load 3 GUTS Wings, the Artdessei is a space-flight-capable carrier and battleship. It is also equipped with the Neo-Maxima cannon.
- Machine Sherlock (GUTS Car) : A modified Chevrolet Camaro, equipped with cannons above the roof.
- Machine De La Mu : A modified Chevrolet Blazer, equipped with Degner Canon on the roof.
- Peeper : A tank equipped with a drill for subterranean exploration and combat.
- Dolpher-202 : A submarine used for underwater missions.
- Stug #1 and #2 : A modified motorcycle for offroad mission purposes.
- GUTS Suits : It is resistant to fire, heat, cold and water. It is durable and impact resistant. They sport the owner's name romanized in white on the back.
- PDI (Guts COM) : A small device that GUTS members carry, It is usually mountaed on the waist and used for communication. It can also be used to scan for radiation, or perform a biological scan. It can also be used to search for personal data.
- GUTS Met : A helmet made from a special alloy, it sports a camera and a communication device. Goggles were added in Episode 3, and has optional components. It has a built in air supply.
- GUTS HYPER : A gun the GUTS team carries. The ammo can be exchanged for different types; a typical gun, tear gas, or a signal flare.
- GUTS Rifle : A rifle type gun, it shoots out rays of ultraviolet. They were first used against Obiko
- DUNK Shot / DUNK Shot 2 : A large scale laser gun that uses a pump action. The stronger, second version does not have a pump action. In Final Odyssey, a miniaturized third version was seen.
- Sound Translator : A translation device invented by Horii. It was used to translate the worlds of all life forms on Earth into a human language. It was used on Yuzare and Gazort, but the alien Lucia gave it trouble.
- Communication Instrument (Name Unknown) : A device Daigo used in episode 3, to talk to Rena who was up in the GUTS Wing 2.
- Sonic Spacecraft : Used to detect the inside of something using sonic waves.
- GUTS Attache : A case holding special equipment for missions.
- GUTS Attache 2 : A rifle case that holds the parts for the GUTS HYPER.
TPC
- TPC4WD : A standard jeep used by Ryo to search for Asuka in episode 2. It is also widely used by Military Police officers.
- TPC Glider : A standard glider piloted by Kohda when GUTS maches were incapable of approaching Bazob due to its electromagnetic field disrupting their technologies.
- TPC Armored Tanks : A combat tank with enhanced armory, though its caliber being smaller than Medium Tanks.
- Passion Red : Aircraft developed by South American branch of TPC, only shown in the fight against Dexador and Reigubas. Base model is Grumman F-14 Tomcat.
- Plasma Type 100 : A test drive aircraft boarded by Kazama Asuka in testing the Zero Drive flight navigation. He disappeared during the flight upon encountering a strange light.
- Snow White Revised : A remodeled version of Maxima Overdrive test machine Snow White with silver platings in place of white.
- Idol Robot Lovemos : An exploration robot under the codename "TM-39" which gained quite a huge popularity, with among its fans are Mai and Ryo of Super GUTS.
- Machine Monster Satan Lovemos : After turning rampant, Lovemos assimilated with most of the Ride Mechas in Grandome's possession into a giant robot.
- Space Power Station Helio : A power station that functions by absorbing sunlights into special waves that charged its power to nearby stations.
- Gazelle : A spaceship which transported the Jupiter-born children in episode 41. The ship was once invaded by Diolius' cocoons, forcing General Fukami with no choice but to issue Gazelle's destruction with its passengers.
- Artificial Sun Tester NSP Cmapanella : A satellite which functions by capturing sunlight and radiate the neighbouring planets than Earth.
- MG-0005-RX Mountain Gulliver 5 : A giant robot in Mars which was used to carry the Spacium Gun.
- GUTS Eagle : GUTS Eagle is the primary vehicle of Super GUTS and is created from combining the GUTS Eagle Alpha, Beta, and Gamma.
- Connery-07 : Was a small special search and rescue boat that can fly in any airflow or all-terrain. It was used where GUTS Eagle and similar jets couldn't fly.
- GUTS DIG : Is a mecha designed by Nakajima based on the previous GUTS's Peeper. GUTS DIG is armed with an atomic thermal laser on the front drill called Splinder.
- Kolakerf NF-3000 : Is a mobile base of Super GUTS, used often for outer space missions. It was actively used as a large-scale research mobile base.
- GUTS Marine : Was a special multipurpose submarine used in underwater rescue and combat missions.
- Zeretto : Is a Fifth generation Honda Prelude car used by Super GUTS for patrolling. It is armed with Zerarian Cannons on the top and can fire Anti-Plasma bullets.
- Bopper : Is a special-type First generation Honda CR-V used by Super GUTS. Despite being slower than the Zeretto, but it has greater firepower.
- GUTS Wing Zero : Repainted GUTS Wings used by ZERO rookie pilots, they made their appearance in The Final Odyssey.
- ZERO Training Machine : The standard GUTS Wing piloted by ZERO cadets. It is also because of the lack of computer system that this jet is convenient at certain times of need
- ZERO Instructor Machine : White-colored GUTS Wing piloted by ZERO instrctors, it can also be switched from exercise mode (for practice) to combat mode (real-life combat scenario).
- GUTS Shadow : A modified GUTS Wing 1 made for Black Buster Squad's usage. The jet is fitted with magnetic beam and an energy beam launcher which is strong enough to destroy the monster
- Terranoid Dyna : Is a man-made Ultraman that appeared in the series Ultraman Dyna, created from the remains of Tiga's companions and Evil Tiga after their destruction from 10 years prior. He appeared in episode 49. He was later corrupted by Sphires and morphed into Zelganoid.
