The Grandome can simply be elongated into a tower, mainly for launching the Super GUTS mechas. Its foothills possess energy reservation base with tight security turrets. Aside from just housing Super GUTS' main mechas, it also contains GUTS' old Ride Mechas, as revealed in episode 32 when TPC's possessed-exploratory robot Lovemos assimilated with every of their Ride Mechas into Satan Lovemos.

General Souichiro Sawai

- The head and founder of the TPC, and a strong advocate of GUTS. A pacifist at heart, but also a rationalist in the face of the dangers that face humanity. Advocated the formation of TPC when he was the secretary general of the United Nations back in the 20th century. Often participates in field operations and also dedicated to contacting extraterrestrial life. He is rather informal towards Daigo, having recruited the boy to GUTS due to the former being rescued in a failed kidnapping attempt by an alien invader.

- The second TPC general, succeeding Sawai after his illness forced him to step down into the adviser. Fukami greatly idolizes Sawai and tried his best to follow the path of his predecessor. He is proficient in calligraphy, using it once to name a garbage block monster as "Yumenokatamari". Keeping with the series' lighthearted theme, Fukami can also be comedic at times but shows a serious side in episode 41 when willingly issued the destruction of Gazelle space ship to prevent the monster Diolius from entering the Earth without regarding its passengers.

- Fukami's assistant who usually represented him to give Super GUTS any orders. He was also one of the test pilot of Maxima Overdrive navigation and had once arrived on Planet Gigaru where he met the female alien Churasa. In the present day, his past began to haunt him when the same monster from that planet, Torongar tracked him to Planet Earth.

- Gondo Kihachi is an ambitious person. The often sarcastic, or in a radical behavior. He never trust Dyna as a rightful protector and determines to create weapons that could replace Dyna such as Prometheus and Terranoid. However, all of them backfires when they were taken over by their respective aliens.

- TPC's first female staff officer and is the direct superior to Iruma, former GUTS captain. During Neo Geomos' rampage, she had the former GUTS deputy captain Munakata sortie to Osaka and assisted Super GUTS and his former colleagues. Shiina is the first to come up with the Sphia's own name.

- Potrayer : Daisuke Ryu
- Asuka's father, who went disappeared in a Zero Drive navigation test. He only appeared in flashbacks and once in Asuka's illusions when Dyna was frozen by Reigubas. In the final episode, he was revealed to be alive, joining his son when the latter also get sucked into a wormhole and travel towards the space-time continuum.

- Former Captain of GUTS herself, had became the staff of TPC when the team dissolves. Iruma briefly returns to action in Ultraman Tiga & Ultraman Dyna : Warriors of the Star of Light, where she pilots a GUTS Wing upon witnessing the new Ultraman, Dyna who died on the hand of Queen Monera as she also witness the revival of Ultraman Tiga. She also assisst the Super GUTS when objecting Gondo for relaunching plan F.

TPC Ultraman Dyna Era Mechas:
- TPC4WD : A standard jeep used by Ryo to search for Asuka in episode 2. It is also widely used by Military Police officers.
- TPC Glider : A standard glider piloted by Kohda when GUTS maches were incapable of approaching Bazob due to its electromagnetic field disrupting their technologies.
- TPC Armored Tanks : A combat tank with enhanced armory, though its caliber being smaller than Medium Tanks.
- Passion Red : Aircraft developed by South American branch of TPC, only shown in the fight against Dexador and Reigubas. Base model is Grumman F-14 Tomcat.
- Plasma Type 100 : A test drive aircraft boarded by Kazama Asuka in testing the Zero Drive flight navigation. He disappeared during the flight upon encountering a strange light.
- Snow White Revised : A remodeled version of Maxima Overdrive test machine Snow White with silver platings in place of white.
- Idol Robot Lovemos : An exploration robot under the codename "TM-39" which gained quite a huge popularity, with among its fans are Mai and Ryo of Super GUTS.
- Machine Monster Satan Lovemos : After turning rampant, Lovemos assimilated with most of the Ride Mechas in Grandome's possession into a giant robot.
- Space Power Station Helio : A power station that functions by absorbing sunlights into special waves that charged its power to nearby stations.
- Gazelle : A spaceship which transported the Jupiter-born children in episode 41. The ship was once invaded by Diolius' cocoons, forcing General Fukami with no choice but to issue Gazelle's destruction with its passengers.
- Artificial Sun Tester NSP Cmapanella : A satellite which functions by capturing sunlight and radiate the neighbouring planets than Earth.
- MG-0005-RX Mountain Gulliver 5 : A giant robot in Mars which was used to carry the Spacium Gun.
